Whilst we await the completion of our pre Christmas kitchen renovations and bathroom installations, I thought to take a trip down memory lane of some of the jobs that we love and inspire us to keep producing beautiful kitchen design ideas.
This flashback is to a kitchen renovation completed in 2013 for clients in Salter Point with a modern, architecturally designed family home. The brief was to update the kitchen and living areas to be contemporary and functional.
Matt white lacquer cabinetry from Arrital’s AK03 collection with white kickboards and a handle-less groove system was paired with a pure white Caesarstone benchtop for the perfectly minimalistic finish.
The kitchen design ideas that stand out was the decision to extend the cabinetry into the living area where matching cabinetry in white matt lacquer and oak was used to create a streamlined living room space.
Another stunning design feature was the Arrital oak breakfast bar, with stainless steel custom made legs that perfectly compliments the natural oak floors.
Other features include internal lighting in the wall units, servo drive on the island for functionality and a stunning KWC Eve tap.
The overall effect is a slick, modern space that looks clean and inviting.
