The Pocket Claremont Wins WA Architecture Award

Congratulations to Georgiou Living and Cameron Chisholm Nicol on winning the Harold Krantz Award for Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing Category at the 2017 WA Architecture Awards last week.

The Pocket at Claremont is a 95 apartment, multi-residential development situated around the Claremont Football Oval on Davies Road.

Completed in 2016, Retreat Design supplied all of the Italian made Arrital kitchens and bathroom cabinetry for the project. We are extremely proud of the high quality product that was installed in these apartments and the new owners can be rest assured their residences are fitted with premium cabinetry that will stand the test of time. The 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments were designed by Cameron Chisholm Nicol as an exemplar of ‘liveable density’ paving the way for future multi-res developments.

Other notable winners at the awards included Willetton Senior High School by Hassell which won the highest accolade, the George Temple Poole Award. To view the complete list of winners at the 2017 WA Architecture Awards, please click here.
