This impressive project was a full home renovation managed by Retreat Design which included building works by Chartwell Construction. The scope of works included re-configuring the existing lower level floor plan, relocating the kitchen and removing a dividing wall to create an open plan living, dining & kitchen space with plenty of natural light.

The client wanted a contemporary, bright and beachy feel for their Cottesloe home with a neutral colour palette and a connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas.

Retreat Design completed the kitchen, alfresco, two bathrooms and laundry as well as coordinating the design and building works in conjunction with Chartwell Construction. The major renovation also included replacing the windows, doors and laying new pre-finished washed oak flooring to compliment the overall design.
