The Future of Kitchen Trends – Euro Cucina Highlights

It’s been 4 years since the last Euro Cucina was held in Milan, Italy. A lot has happened since then, especially on the kitchen front. Euro Cucina sets the tone for kitchen furniture for the next 4 years and we are delving deep into the trends of this years kitchen fair.


Poliforms Hidden Retractable Countertop Pantry

Italian kitchen manufactures Poliform, are renowned for their ability to create a stunning kitchen with exceptional functionality.

Their latest innovation is a retractable, pop-up pantry. It exemplifies how to use a kitchen to its fullest potential. Making staple ingredients accessible to the cook without sacrificing on an aesthetic design. This is a feature of the kitchen that will revolutionise pantry ideas in the future to come.


Scavolini’s Cabinetry

Scavolini has adapted to the changing taste and style over the years. Many kitchen ideas have come out of Euro Cucina 2022, but it was this kitchen cabinetry that stood out. This new style merges masculine lines with whimsical handles to create a powerful design. We are expecting to see more cabinetry of this look as the years unfold.


Marazzi’s Countertop

We have seen many new, daring countertop materials come out of Euro Cucina 2022. Marazzi have been experimenting with durable surfaces that replicate the beautiful character seen in authentic stone. The company also showcased a new integrated cooker top. Further feeding into the desire for sleek, invisible appliances.


Curved Island Bench

It’s time to rethink your kitchen space and make room for Cesar Cucines curved island bench. A spokes person for Cesear Cucine suggested that they wanted to create a convivial and social kitchen in the same way that round dining tables function.

The unconventional island catches the eyes of those around and we’re sure it make a statement in the kitchen world for the years to come. Curves and circle were a real theme at this years Salone, and not just in kitchens. The news sofa designs featured curves and silhouettes, a staple feature of this years kitchen fair.


We loved watching this years Euro Cucina unfold, the trends that have come out of this years kitchen fair will pave the way for kitchen furniture for the next 4 years.
