With the start of a new year we’ve compiled a list of design trends for the kitchen and bathroom in 2020. Whilst our designs are based on longevity and relevance for the years to come, its also nice to incorporate a few modern touches into our work.
See below for our design trends forecast for kitchens and bathrooms for the year 2020!
Kitchen Trends 2020 – Retreat Design
- Open plan, breakfast bars, study nooks
- Where possible adding a scullery into the kitchen design
- Integrated appliances, hidden behind beautiful cabinetry
- Seamless transition between kitchen and living area
- Cabinetry continued from kitchen through to TV and living areas
- Texture and depth of colour in material selections. It’s about being unique and inviting
